Spicy power vegetable drink with pear

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) Celery
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 mini cucumber(s) , or 1/4 of a regular cucumber
  • 1 small piece(s) of ginger
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Mineral water, still

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash all ingredients. Peel the cucumber (except organic) and ginger. Finely chop all ingredients. Blend thoroughly in a blender or smoothie maker with a pinch of salt and, if desired, cayenne pepper and mineral water. Dilute with mineral water to achieve the desired consistency. Blend everything again and pour into glasses, garnish with a few celery leaves, and serve immediately.
