Spicy Prawns with Tomatoes

- 250 g Shrimp
- 2 Vine tomatoes large
- 2 Toes Garlic fresh
- 3 Dried and marinated tomatoes
- 1 Spring onions fresh
- Olive oil
- Lemon zest
- Pepper from the grinder
- Harissa spice
- Seasoned Salt
- Chop the pickled tomatoes, peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Completely cut the spring onions and roughly chop the tomatoes.
- Fry the garlic, pickled tomatoes and spring onions in a little oil.
- Add the prawns.
- Add lemon zest, pepper and salt, then the fresh tomatoes.
- Season well with harissa.
