Spicy Prawns with Tomatoes

The perfect spicy prawns with tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Shrimp
  • 2 Vine tomatoes large
  • 2 Toes Garlic fresh
  • 3 Dried and marinated tomatoes
  • 1 Spring onions fresh
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon zest
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Harissa spice
  • Seasoned Salt
  1. Chop the pickled tomatoes, peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
  2. Completely cut the spring onions and roughly chop the tomatoes.
  3. Fry the garlic, pickled tomatoes and spring onions in a little oil.
  4. Add the prawns.
  5. Add lemon zest, pepper and salt, then the fresh tomatoes.
  6. Season well with harissa.
