Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 slices of puff pastry (frozen)
- 400 g sour cream
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g mushrooms
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 200 g cheese, grated
- Paprika powder, hot
- salt and pepper
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then arrange the puff pastry sheets edge to edge until the sheet is completely covered. Now clean the leek, cut it into thin slices, blanch them in boiling water for three minutes, and place them in a sieve. Squeeze out the water well. Next, mix the leek slices with the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Now clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Fry it in hot oil in a pan with the minced meat. Season with oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika. Then spread the leek and sour cream mixture on the puff pastry with a spoon and add the minced meat mixture on top. Then wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and spread both evenly on the sheet. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
