Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg pumpkin(s), yellow-fleshed, cut into pieces
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
- 60 g butter
- 400 ml meat broth
- some pepper
- curry
- Paprika powder, hot
- possibly crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean the pumpkin and dice the flesh. Clean the onion and garlic. Finely dice the onion and mince the garlic. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion first, then add the garlic. Add the pumpkin cubes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the meat broth and simmer for 15 minutes. Puree everything and season with pepper, curry powder, and hot paprika (a generous amount). If desired, add crème fraîche to taste.
