Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp herb vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Herbs, of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel, wash, and coarsely grate the carrots. Wash and slice the spring onions, and dice the bell peppers. Mix together the rapeseed oil, herb vinegar, and water. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and herbs. Add to the vegetables.
