Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 300 g apples
- 40 g hazelnuts, ground
- e.g. raisins
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp fruit vinegar, or balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp dill, fresh, dried or frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the yogurt with all the ingredients to make a salad dressing. Finely slice the carrots and apples. Fold the salad dressing into the carrots and apples and sprinkle everything with the grated hazelnuts. If you like, you can also top with raisins.
