Sprout salad with smoked tofu

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g smoked tofu, diced
  • 1 jar green beans
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • n. B. Mung bean sprouts, fresh
  • n. B. Sprouts (alfalfa sprouts), fresh
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Vegan, vegetarian, perfect for takeaway

Drain the beans and mix with the grated carrots and diced tofu. Add the sprouts and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar. Unfortunately, I can’t give you an exact amount of sprouts, as I grew them myself. Just add as desired.
