Spicy red bean salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can/n Beans, Red
  • 2 cans of corn
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 1 piece(s) of cheese (Gouda)
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • some mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the red beans and corn. Finely slice the spring onions, and dice the Gouda (how much is really a matter of taste; I always use 200 to 300 grams). Mix everything together! For the salad dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper and whisk until light and fluffy. Toss with the salad and enjoy! Enjoy!
