Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g lentils, red
  • 2 thick carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 liter vegetable broth without yeast
  • 1 small chili pepper(s), hot, dried
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder, hot
  • n. B. Salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegetarian

Sauté the onion in a little neutral oil, then add it to the vegetable broth along with the other ingredients. Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Remove the dried chili before serving. Serve with naan or spelt baguette.
