Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, half and half
- 500g basmati
- 2 large onions
- 1 tbsp dried chili flakes (Pul Biber from the Turkish delicatessen)
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Minced meat pan, quick, spicy and delicious
Add the basmati rice and cook according to the package instructions until tender. Dice the onions and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the ground beef and break it up into small pieces while frying. The meat should be nicely browned. While frying, add the pul biber, salt, and pepper to taste. Finally, mix in the rice thoroughly, adding a little more oil if desired, and season to taste. A green salad goes well with this dish.
