Green ham eggs

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ tbsp, sautéed bacon, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp, stalked chives
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp, heaped fat
  • 1 onion(s), cut into rings

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Crack the eggs and whisk well with the salt. Cut the chives into small rings with scissors and fold them in. Slice the onion into rings and sauté in the fat. Then add the bacon and fry until the onions are lightly browned. Now add the eggs. Since the eggs will set on the outside first, use a fork to pull the solid mixture around the edges toward the center and repeat this process until they are cooked. This creates a beautiful visual effect, similar to an omelet.
