Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g rice, e.g. long grain rice
- 250 ml milk
- 100 ml milk
- 15 g cornstarch
- 5 pinches of sugar
- 2 tsp vegetable broth
- Water for the rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, cook the rice until al dente, following the package instructions. Add two teaspoons of vegetable stock to the boiling water. Next, add four pinches of sugar to the 250 ml of milk and bring the milk to a boil. Drain the cooked rice. Then add the rice to the milk and cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Meanwhile, stir in one pinch of sugar and 15 g of cornstarch to the remaining 150 ml of milk. Add the mixture to the boiling milk and cook for another minute.
