Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, soft
- 8 chili peppers, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the schnitzel in a pan on both sides and let it cool. In the meantime, combine the butter, mustard, and breadcrumbs into a paste. Crumble the chili peppers and mix in. Season the schnitzel on both sides with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Spread the paste evenly over the meat and bake in the oven at 250°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
