Recipe for guests – easy to prepare!
Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Clean, wash, and slice the mushrooms. Wash and chop the parsley. Place the smoked pork on a deep baking sheet. Spread the mushrooms and onions on top. Mix the cream and sour cream until smooth. Season with pepper and stir in the parsley. Pour over the meat and let it marinate for 4-5 hours (or overnight). Roast the meat in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 30 minutes. Drain the pineapple and coarsely grate the cheese. Spread both over the meat. Roast at the same temperature for another 15 minutes. Clean the spring onions and slice them into rings. Sprinkle them over the meat. Serve the smoked pork and garnish with tomato wedges. Of course, you can make it easier and use canned mushrooms and grated cheese. This also tastes great and is quicker. Serve with baguette, salad, baked potatoes, and a cold beer.
