Spicy spread with arugula and tomatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g herb cream cheese
  • ½ bunch arugula, finely chopped
  • 75 g tomatoes, dried in oil, finely chopped
  • 1 small chili pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 5 tbsp butter, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all solid ingredients until spreadable and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste. It can also be used as a dip.
