Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) sausage, vegan
  • 2 large spring onions
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • some cumin powder,
  • some salt and pepper
  • some coriander powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan. Wash, trim, and finely chop the spring onions. Chop the sausage slices as well. Fry both together in the oil and season with a little caraway, coriander, salt, and pepper.
