Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
- 4 slice(s) sausage, vegan
- 2 large spring onions
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- some cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan. Wash, trim, and finely chop the spring onions. Finely chop the sausage slices. Fry both in the oil and season with a little caraway, coriander, salt, and pepper. Add the cream and stir in the tomato paste. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Then serve.
