Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp herb vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil or other neutral oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp evaporated milk with 7% fat
  • 1 onion(s) or shallot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the onion, add all the other ingredients, and pour over the salad before serving. Fresh or dried herbs, such as chives, parsley, salad greens, and spring onions, can be added as desired.
