Spicy Tomatoes Parmesan Muffins

The perfect spicy tomatoes parmesan muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 12 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 250 g Quark
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 bag Maggi Fix and fresh macaroni lasagne
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 60 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Chopped basil
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees circulating air. Wash cherry tomatoes, cut in half. Wash the peppers, cut into small cubes.
  2. Mix the quark, milk, olive oil and eggs in a bowl with a mixer. In another bowl, mix the flour, Maggi Fix and fresh macaroni lasagne and baking powder.
  3. Add half of the Parmesan and stir everything into the quark-oil mixture. Fold in the paprika and basil leaves. Divide the batter into the muffin molds, cover with the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
