Spicy Tomatoes Parmesan Muffins

- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Bell pepper
- 250 g Quark
- 6 tbsp Milk
- 80 ml Olive oil
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 1 bag Maggi Fix and fresh macaroni lasagne
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 60 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Chopped basil
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees circulating air. Wash cherry tomatoes, cut in half. Wash the peppers, cut into small cubes.
- Mix the quark, milk, olive oil and eggs in a bowl with a mixer. In another bowl, mix the flour, Maggi Fix and fresh macaroni lasagne and baking powder.
- Add half of the Parmesan and stir everything into the quark-oil mixture. Fold in the paprika and basil leaves. Divide the batter into the muffin molds, cover with the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
