Patisson Pumpkin with Apples and Onions

The perfect patisson pumpkin with apples and onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pumpkin meat
  • 2 Elstar apples
  • 2 Red onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • Chilli flakes
  1. Dice the apples and pumpkin fish and fry with the sesame oil for about 15 minutes. Then add the onion cut into rings. At the end of the cooking time, season with chilli flakes and salt. (I used ornamental apples) Grilled cheese goes well with it.
