Spicy turkey breast

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the turkey fillets, pat dry, and cut into medium-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Sear on both sides until golden brown (about 5 minutes, depending on thickness). Then deglaze the pan with a generous splash of balsamic vinegar and add the honey. Spread the mixture over the turkey fillets and toss it in several times. Serve immediately while hot. I served it on arugula with fresh mushrooms, but it also tastes delicious with a side of potatoes, polenta, or simply baguette.
