Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 100 g chocolate
- 100 g almond(s), grated
- 100 g nuts, grated
- 200 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 g sweet cream
- powdered sugar
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients together. Grease a loaf pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at approximately 170°C (convection oven) for 60 minutes, covering with baking paper if necessary. Check the cake is baked through with a skewer before removing it from the oven. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
