Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp sprouts
  • cucumber(s), 2 cm
  • ⅛ bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 tsp milk
  • ½ tsp horseradish (from the jar)
  • 1 tbsp buttermilk cream cheese (8% fat)
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 1 slice(s) of bread (multigrain bread)
  • 2 slice(s) smoked turkey breast (30 g each)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lettuce leaves, sprouts, and cucumber and pat dry. Slice the cucumber. Wash the bell pepper, removing the seeds and white membranes. Finely dice the bell pepper and stir it into the cream cheese with the milk and horseradish. Season the mixture with pepper. Cut the bread slice in half. Spread one half with the cheese mixture, then top with the lettuce, cucumber, turkey breast, and sprouts. Place the second half on top.
