Spicy Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Fennel fresh
  • 2 Carrots
  • 4 Fresh onion
  • 8 Mushrooms
  • 75 g Diced ham lean
  • 1 layer Mie - noodles
  • 2 tbsp Crème fraîche ...... the lean one from Rama
  • 1 tbsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the vegetables into strips and fry them in the pan, add the ham and fry them briefly.
  • Simmer the pasta for 4 minutes, add 1 ladle full of pasta boiling water and slowly cook the vegetables in it, stir in the crème fraîche and sambal oelek .... let it steep for a moment and serve hot. If you like, you can sprinkle some grated cheese over it.
  • Lately the cooking has to go a little faster .... in addition to my night worker job, I took a job during the day .... it sucks ... well, money doesn't stink.
