Spicy Vegetable Noodles

The perfect spicy vegetable noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Fennel fresh
  • 2 Carrots
  • 4 Fresh onion
  • 8 Mushrooms
  • 75 g Diced ham lean
  • 1 location Mie – noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Crème fraîche …… the lean one from Rama
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  1. Cut the vegetables into strips and fry them in the pan, add the ham and fry them briefly.
  2. Simmer the pasta for 4 minutes, add 1 ladle full of pasta boiling water and slowly cook the vegetables in it, stir in the crème fraîche and sambal oelek …. let it steep for a moment and serve hot. If you like, you can sprinkle some grated cheese over it.
  3. Lately the cooking has to go a little faster …. in addition to my night worker job, I took a job during the day …. it sucks … well, money doesn’t stink.
