- 1 m.-sized onion(s), cut into pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped or crushed
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- ½ tbsp salt
- some pepper from the mill
- possibly curry powder
- 5 tbsp cream – substitute of your choice (7%)
- some broth, instant
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 200 ml water
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for every season
Briefly fry the onion in a little hot oil. Then add the garlic and the ground beef and fry for about 5 minutes. Now add the zucchini, salt, and a little broth, and pour in about 150-200 ml of water. Simmer with the lid on for about 10 minutes, until the zucchini is still firm to the bite. Season with the remaining spices and add the cream substitute. Serve with boiled potatoes. Tip: I always thicken it a bit with cornstarch because I like it creamy.
