Spiderman's spaghetti with vegetable cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 5 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the vegetables, cook in the vegetable stock until al dente, then drain, reserving the stock. Puree the vegetables with a little stock and the cup of cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer over low heat. Finally, add parsley, if desired. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Cut out stars and hearts from the peppers and ham for decoration. Arrange the spaghetti on a plate, pour the sauce over the top, and garnish with the peppers and ham.
