Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of spinach, frozen, 500 g
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 125 g rice
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 g grated cheese, e.g. Emmental
  • possibly nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegetarian, quick to make

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel and dice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Cook the rice and thaw the spinach. Pour the oil into a pot and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the mushrooms and sauté them. Stir in the thawed spinach and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. When the rice is cooked, drain and stir in. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Approx. 400 kcal per serving.
