Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g spinach, frozen
- 2 eggs
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- n. B. Pizza seasoning
- 30 g tomato paste
- 50 ml water, hot
- 1 pinch(s) of oregano
- 100 g sliced chicken breast
- 100 g mushrooms, fresh
- 100 g cheese, grated

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Low-carb
For the pizza base, thaw or warm the spinach in a small saucepan. Then add the eggs, grated cheese, and a pinch of pepper to the pan and mix. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly on it. Season with pizza seasoning. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 25 minutes. For the tomato sauce, put the tomato paste, hot water, and oregano in a small cup and mix. For the topping, clean and slice the mushrooms. Slice the chicken breast and set aside the grated cheese. When the pizza base is ready, spread with tomato sauce. Top with the sausage and mushrooms and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
