  • 4 pork schnitzels

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Use zucchini as a vegetable side dish

Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper. Fry them on both sides in a heated pan. Add 3 finely sliced garlic cloves. Peel the onions and garlic, dice them, and then sauté them in the melted butter until translucent. Wash the zucchini and dice them (not too small). I quarter them and then cut them into pieces about 1 cm wide. Once the onions are translucent, add the zucchini pieces to the pan and sauté until they almost lose their bite. Season to taste with salt and pepper. The oil used for the schnitzels can be drizzle over the zucchini for a finishing touch thanks to the garlic and spices. Boiled potatoes make a great side dish.
