Spinach Dumplings

The perfect spinach dumplings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Puff pastry
  • 300 g Ricotta
  • 500 g Spinach
  • 150 g Grated Parmesan
  • 3 Eggs
  1. Steam the spinach, season with salt and pepper. Then squeeze it out and mix it with the ricotta.
  2. 2 Whisk eggs, add Parmesan and mix.
  3. Cut 20 squares out of the puff pastry and put a little heap of spinach and ricotta mixture in the middle. Take the corners together and form a small pocket.
