Spinach Dumplings
The perfect spinach dumplings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Puff pastry
- 300 g Ricotta
- 500 g Spinach
- 150 g Grated Parmesan
- 3 Eggs
- Steam the spinach, season with salt and pepper. Then squeeze it out and mix it with the ricotta.
- 2 Whisk eggs, add Parmesan and mix.
- Cut 20 squares out of the puff pastry and put a little heap of spinach and ricotta mixture in the middle. Take the corners together and form a small pocket.
