- 250 g spinach
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 80 g Parmesan, grated
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 1 lemon(s), untreated. Juice and zest
- 30 g pine nuts
- 80 ml oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Wash the spinach, spin it dry, and chop it. Pluck and chop the rosemary needles. Blend the spinach, garlic, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, lemon zest, pine nuts, and oil together in a blender until finely ground. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
