Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 250 ml cream
- 300 g yogurt
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 1 lemon(s), peel and juice
- 175 ml liqueur (Limoncello, Italian lemon liqueur)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Combine the yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and 75 ml of limoncello. Stir in the cream and freeze the mixture in the ice cream maker. Drizzle with limoncello to serve.
