Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast), alternatively 1 cube of fresh yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 80 g margarine
  • 250 g water, warm
  • 1 pt. Leaf spinach with Gorgonzola (frozen)
  • 1 pt. Leaf spinach with Philadelphia (frozen)
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • e.g. garlic, freshly squeezed or granulated

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with three different types of cheese!

Thaw the spinach leaves. Knead the first six ingredients in a bowl until a firm yeast dough forms (if using fresh yeast, it’s best to dissolve the yeast in water first). Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes, then roll it out on a prepared baking sheet. Mix the tomato paste with the garlic and spread it on the dough. Meanwhile, mix the thawed spinach leaves together and spread it on the dough, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the pizza immediately in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes. A good red wine goes well with this.
