Spinach quesadilla with caramelized onions

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tortilla(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 slices of cheese, vegan
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegan and quick to prepare

Halve and slice the onions, and fry them over medium heat until browned and softened. Season the onions with a little salt and pepper, sprinkle with a pinch of sugar, and let them caramelize. Spread the onions on the bottom half of the tortilla. Add the spinach and cheese on top and fold the tortilla closed. Fry everything for about 3 minutes on each side, until the tortilla is well browned on the outside.
