Spinach smoothie with oranges, bananas and almonds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g iglo creamed spinach with blubber
  • 200 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tsp almonds, ground
  • 2 tsp milk, lactose-free
  • ½ cm ginger root, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Soak the ground almonds in milk. Thaw the Iglo spinach. Place the spinach, orange juice, banana pieces, and almond milk in a blender and blend thoroughly. Season to taste with grated ginger.
