Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g iglo creamed spinach with blubber
- 200 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 bananas
- 2 tsp almonds, ground
- 2 tsp milk, lactose-free
- ½ cm ginger root, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Soak the ground almonds in milk. Thaw the Iglo spinach. Place the spinach, orange juice, banana pieces, and almond milk in a blender and blend thoroughly. Season to taste with grated ginger.
