Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g potatoes
  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • 300 g spinach, creamed spinach (frozen)
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the potatoes and cook them in the broth. Then add the spinach and puree everything again. Add the cream and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
