Spinach soup with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pts. spinach (frozen creamed spinach), 450g each
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 100 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 100 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • lots of garlic, fresh
  • Sugar
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the diced onions in olive oil, add the thawed spinach, and bring to a boil. Dissolve the processed cheese and cream cheese in the soup, then pour in the cream. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg, and plenty of freshly crushed garlic! Serve with fresh baguette.
