Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g apple
  • 100 g pear(s)
  • 2 drops of lemon juice
  • 100 ml water

Peel the fruit, remove the core, cut into pieces, and cook with the remaining ingredients until soft (about 5 minutes). If desired, puree. The puree also tastes good with banana and pear. To make this, cook 50g of banana with 70g of pear and 50ml of water (74 kcal). Or just use apple puree: cook 220g of apple with 100ml of water and 4 drops of lemon juice (110 kcal). The pureed fruit can be frozen.
