Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 package of creamed spinach, approx. 450 – 800 g
- 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g
- 3 tsp vegetable stock powder
- some nutmeg
- some pepper
- some Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. In a saucepan, sauté the diced onion with a little oil. Crush the garlic and add it. Add a little water (a small shot glass full) to the onions. Add the frozen spinach and cover. Thaw on low heat. Season with vegetable stock, nutmeg, Maggi, and pepper, and stir in the sour cream. Grated cheese goes well with this.
