Ingredients
 

Dough :

  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 250 ml Natural carbonated mineral water

Dough has to fall heavily from the spoon

  • Black pepper from the mill

Cooking in:

  • 2 liter Boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon Coarse salt

Turkey pan:

  • 200 g Sliced ​​turkey
  • 1,5 tablespoon Corn oil
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • 0,5 Can Mushrooms

  • 3 Poles Fresh asparagus
  • Dried basil
  • Dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch Coarse salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill

Sparrows wave in hot:

Instructions
 

  • Scald the spinach, quench, squeeze out and cut into small pieces, make the dough. Stir the spinach into the dough.
