Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt

Basic recipe
Whisk 6 eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until frothy. Combine the flour and baking powder, sift into the foam mixture, and fold in loosely. Line a 26-28 cm springform pan with baking paper. Pour in the batter. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes at 200°C. This makes, for example, one cream or whipped cream cake, or, if sliced horizontally, two fruit cakes.
