Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 8 tbsp water
- 150 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 8 tbsp oil
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Beat eggs, water, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold it into the egg mixture along with the oil. Pour the sponge cake batter into a greased pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. This sponge cake base can also be used for two-tiered cakes and Swiss rolls, among other things.
