Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 4 egg yolks
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Basic recipe – always works –
Beat egg whites with water until stiff, gradually adding the sugar and vanilla sugar. Briefly beat in the egg yolks. Sift in the flour and baking powder and carefully and thoroughly fold in with a whisk. Spread the mixture evenly in a 26cm springform pan, greased only on the bottom, and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (fan assisted oven) for about 30 minutes. Loosen the mixture from the sides of the pan with a knife, let it cool, and then divide it horizontally. Fill as desired.
