Ingredients
 

  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 50 g Sifted flour
  • 30 g Potato starch flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 30 g Cocoa for a dark bottom
  • Fat
  • 1 tbsp Semolina

Instructions
 

  • Separate eggs
  • Beat the egg whites with the salt to form snow, pour in the sugar and beat to form firm snow.
  • Beat the egg yolks with the flour, the milk and the baking powder until frothy (for a dark base, stir in the cocoa), stir in half of the egg whites and then fold in the second half in a greased baking pan sprinkled with semolina.
  • Bake the whole thing for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C with fan-assisted air. Use a toothpick to test whether the dough still sticks.
