Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 50 g Sifted flour
- 30 g Potato starch flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 30 g Cocoa for a dark bottom

- 1 tbsp Semolina
Instructions
- Separate eggs
- Beat the egg whites with the salt to form snow, pour in the sugar and beat to form firm snow.
- Beat the egg yolks with the flour, the milk and the baking powder until frothy (for a dark base, stir in the cocoa), stir in half of the egg whites and then fold in the second half in a greased baking pan sprinkled with semolina.
- Bake the whole thing for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C with fan-assisted air. Use a toothpick to test whether the dough still sticks.
