Sponge Cakes, Small and Lactose-free

The perfect sponge cakes, small and lactose-free recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Soy butter
  • 3 Pc. Egg
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 250 g Flour type 550
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Lactose-Free milk
  • 1 something Icing sugar to sprinkle on
  1. This cake was baked in a size 20 springform pan with a tube base. Lactose free due to lactose intolerance. Of course, if you like, you can also use other milk and butter.
  2. Preheat the electric oven to 175 degrees top / bottom heat
  3. Mix the butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Gradually stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder
  4. Grease the springform pan a little. Spread half of the dough in the pan.
  5. Add the cocoa and milk to the rest of the batter and stir. Spread this dough on the first one.
  6. Bake the cake for about 45 minutes (depending on the oven) on the second rack from below
  7. Let cool and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar
