Sponge Cakes, Small and Lactose-free
The perfect sponge cakes, small and lactose-free recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Soy butter
- 3 Pc. Egg
- 120 g Sugar
- 250 g Flour type 550
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Lactose-Free milk
- 1 something Icing sugar to sprinkle on
- This cake was baked in a size 20 springform pan with a tube base. Lactose free due to lactose intolerance. Of course, if you like, you can also use other milk and butter.
- Preheat the electric oven to 175 degrees top / bottom heat
- Mix the butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Gradually stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder
- Grease the springform pan a little. Spread half of the dough in the pan.
- Add the cocoa and milk to the rest of the batter and stir. Spread this dough on the first one.
- Bake the cake for about 45 minutes (depending on the oven) on the second rack from below
- Let cool and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar
