Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 jar tomato(s), dried
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the garlic cloves, deseed and roughly chop the bell peppers, remove the tomatoes from the jar (excess oil can be used for salads or frying), add all ingredients to a bowl, and blend with a hand blender. Perfect for sandwiches for dinner, as a burger sauce, etc.
