Spread with ham and leek

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 small leek
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • 2 tsp capers
  • some milk
  • salt and pepper
  • bunch of dill, parsley or chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the cooked ham into small pieces. Wash the leek and slice it into rings. Sauté the leek in a small pan for about 5 minutes. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with the ham and leek. Finely chop the capers and add them. Chop the herbs and add them (I used dill, but parsley and chives will probably work too). Add horseradish if desired and mix everything together. Add a little milk to make the mixture creamier and easier to spread.
