Ingredients
- 125 g Smoked trout
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 3 tbsp Chives
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Pepper from the grinder
Instructions
- Cut the chives into rolls and put all the ingredients in a container. Mash the smoked trout with a fork and mix well with the ingredients. Pepper to taste, I always take 4 turns of my pepper mill. Salt is not necessary.
