Spread with Smoked Trout

The perfect spread with smoked trout recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Smoked trout
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp Chives
  • 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Cut the chives into rolls and put all the ingredients in a container. Mash the smoked trout with a fork and mix well with the ingredients. Pepper to taste, I always take 4 turns of my pepper mill. Salt is not necessary.
