Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat quark (cottage cheese)
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 pinches of herb salt
  • 2 pinches of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients into a creamy spread, season with salt and herb salt. Delicious with farmhouse bread and baguette, or even with grain bread.
