Spring Fresh Potato Salad

The perfect spring fresh potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Kg Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red Bell pepper
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Chili peppers
  • 2 tbsp Dill TK
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. Boil the potatoes, leave to cool, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Mix the oil, balsamic vinegar and broth in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and sugar, peel and finely dice the onions, finely chop the chilli peppers and stir everything into the dressing with the dill.
  3. Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, peel and dice the cucumber, clean and dice the peppers, dice the tomatoes and fold everything with the potatoes into the dressing.
  4. Let the salad stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours and serve.
