Spring Fresh Potato Salad
The perfect spring fresh potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Kg Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 0,5 Cucumber
- Iceberg lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Chili peppers
- 2 tbsp Dill TK
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Boil the potatoes, leave to cool, peel and cut into slices.
- Mix the oil, balsamic vinegar and broth in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and sugar, peel and finely dice the onions, finely chop the chilli peppers and stir everything into the dressing with the dill.
- Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, peel and dice the cucumber, clean and dice the peppers, dice the tomatoes and fold everything with the potatoes into the dressing.
- Let the salad stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours and serve.
